  Some of the most pretentious, arrogant and obnoxious staff you will encounter, when you walk in the store make sure you know exactly what you want to order because if you take too long looking at the menu you will be asked ''are you going to order anything or not?" On all 3 occasions I have been here they are the same in fact they got worse, I wanted to give them more than 1 chance as sometimes people have bad days but not to be, omg so rude. The food is nice all though expensive, coffee isn't bad, smoothies are great but the service sours it all. Shame because a vegan 'health' cafe should be an enjoyable place to be. ????

  Waited half an hour for a juice. I understand that it was busy so I patiently waited but when customers who have ordered after me (im talking about 5-10 mins after me) are getting their coffees, juices and bowls before me it didn't seem right, then I get told that my juice had been given to another customer which is why I had been waiting for an order that was not getting made cause it had already left the shop. That is just flat out unacceptable, especially when I was waiting right near the counter in plain view of the workers and still customers in the next door room and outside got their orders on time.
