  Mantis MMA and Master Aaron Turnbull, have done wonders for my daughters confidence. Training sessions twice a week are her literal highlights of each day, after school conveniently accessed and easily viewed by parents, I couldn't recommend any higher.
  
  If your child struggles with anxiety or ability to concentrate I'd highly recommend look at classes at Mantis MMA

  Mantis MMA is amazing and I couldn't recommend more! Thanks to Master Aaron and the other amazing trainers, my daughter is visibly more confident and coordinated.

  MMA Mantis @ Redcliffe is a stand out facility for all individuals no matter your level it's vibe is community & If you are looking for a safe, welcoming and experienced place to either start your journey or expand your skills this is definitely the best place in Redcliffe.

  Nothing not to like. I like that there's no time to stuff around its pretty structured if my son's not listening or focussed there on the ball and get that attention back. Also always teach life lessons along with training a little Ive found

  Both my sons have been with Mantis MMA for over three years now, and I have seen great improvements in both of them! My youngest absolutely lives his lessons for both the social and also the skill side. My eldest is undiagnosed autistic and he thrives under consistency, Master Aaron and his instructors handle his variety of moods excellently, plus the discipline has made a marked improvement with him. Highly recommend this business.
