  Staff never smile and never seem to respond nicely even when it’s dead. They are fine if it’s a straigh fwd transaction otherwise they are not interested. No customer service

  Special recommendation for this Australia Post Office. It is a small team, and each of them is always friendly, fast and very helpful.
  It is one of the rare post office that carry a large range of home care equipment for elderly people or people with disability such as wheelchairs, rollators, over bed table, walking frame .... etc. It shows that they genuinely care for the community and they deserve a special 5 stars.

  Phoned this morning about a parcel and Gorang could not have been more pleasant, polite and helpful. He sourced the problem and explained what had happened. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Thank you Gorang.

  The customer service is consistently terrible. I highly recommend going another 3 or so minutes down the road to the Margate Post Office, which has far better customer service and significantly nicer staff.

  Amazing Post Office!!! Phil & Lisa can't do enough to help our small business (Dezigna Impression)- they make sending out our parcels & catalogues stress free!! Plus they know Australia Post so well Wonderful service, wonderful people!! Thank you guys for all you do for us!!

  Personnel of the LPO are looking after local residents.  Thank you for holding my parcel until I got back home, otherwise my parcel would be on its way back to Europe causing lots of problems. thanks again

  I'm reviewing to warn people that they don't do passport applications and they don't have the correct equipment to take passport quality photos. The kippa - ring branch that lodges the application said it was too washed out, and had to retake my photo. they have had a few photos from the clontarf store that were wrong. So go straight to a post office that lodges them, as THEY know what is required. For almost $17 a pop you'd want it done right thr first time. Otherwise the shop is ok, lady is always rude but I tend to ignore rude people anyway.
